IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that the plant protection
laws in Europe and in particular Germany are far more
restrictive than in the United States! Roundup and other
herbicides may not be applied on any surface in which
rain can cause residue to run off into sewer systems,
rivers, and/or ponds. In Germany, the fines can run up
to EUR $50,000! Do not apply on following areas: sealed
surfaces such as driveways, cobblestones, tiles, roofs
etc.

INGESTED: If swallowed, immediately telephone a poison
control center, emergency treatment center or a
physician for advice. DO NOT make person vomit unless
directed to do so by medical personnel. If medical
advice cannot be obtained, then immediately take person
and product container, with label, to an emergency
treatment center
SKIN: No first aid procedures are required. As a
precaution, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.
Remove and wash contaminated clothing.
INHALATION: Since this material is not expected to be an
immediate inhalation problem, no first aid procedures
are required. If respiratory discomfort or irritation
occurs, move the person to fresh air. See a doctor if
discomfort or irritation continues.
EYES: Flush eyes immediately with fresh water for at
least 15 minutes while holding the eyelids open. Remove
contact lenses if worn. Call a physician if irritation
persists.
MSDS: Please note that concentrations of key ingredient,
Gylocophospate, will vary from country to country. The

It
is a violation of local laws to dispose of these
chemicals in the sink, toilet, or trash. Please bring
any unused chemical products to your appropriate
HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE turn-in site on your
installation, or to the collection sites on the economy.
Application Dosage for spray application
On paths and beds
with wood growth
Dilute 10 ml in 1l water for max. 16 m² coverage
Preparation for lawn resowing, (to kill old grass and
weeds) dilute 10 ml in 1l water for max. 25 m²
coverage.
Preparation for
cultivation before resowing ornamental plants
Dilute 10 ml in 1l water for max. 10 m² Under malaceous
fruit 10 ml in 1l water for max. 20 m² coverage. When
applying with sprayer, use at least 20 ml Roundup LB
Plus in 4 l water.
Area
of application:
Beneath
ornamental trees older than one year, set the nozzle to
a distance of 30 - 50 cm.
Beneath
pomaceous fruit (apple, pear) trees older than one year:
Set the nozzle to a distance of 30 - 50 cm.
Preparation of cultures in ornamental plant growing,
i.e. removal of weeds before setting ornamental plants:
Set the nozzle to a distance of 30 - 50 cm. Use ca. 7
days before turning over the soil.
Seeding
or setting of ornamental plants possible just 7 days
after application. Weeds in lawn surfaces that are to be
reseeded (old lawn is combated at the same time!): Set
the nozzle to a distance of 30 - 50 cm. Reseeding of
lawn possible just 7 days after application.
SPECIAL
NOTE Take care with any neighboring cultured plants, as
these may possibly be damaged. In order to avoid
drifting, do not spray in windy conditions. Maximum of 1
application. From the areas of application and
regulations laid down by the Biological Federal
Institution for Agriculture and Forestry. Against single
and double-stemmed leafed weeds beneath apple and pear
trees, on paths and areas with wooded growth as well as
prior to seeding lawns and ornamental plants. Waiting
time: Not relevant in the growth of ornamental plants.
42 days in the case of apple and pears. Roundup Alphée's
comprehensive range of effectiveness Very effective
against bindweed, dock, comfrey, fleabane, mercury,
thistle varieties, speedwell varieties, foxtail,
goosefoot, large stinging nettles, coltsfoot, chamomile,
common groundsel, stickseed, knotweed, dandelion, orache,
common couch grass, dead nettles, chickweed, hedge
bindweed and others. Not effective against stonecrop,
field or pond horsetail, salvia. Information for
protecting the environment: The substance is poisonous
to algae, aquatic life and fish eating wildlife. Do not
allow the substance and its remains or empty containers
and packaging to get into waterways. Do not use on
weed-free soil, as it is only effective on green parts
of plants. Do not use treated growth (waste cleared from
areas to be reseeded) for feeding or as keeping for
small animals. Do not use on areas where there is a
danger of draining into waterways - in particular as a
result of rain or irrigation. When using, a distance of
at least 10 m must be maintained to surface waterways in
all cases (fruit and ornamental plant growing). The
substance is categorized as being harmful to populations
of braconid wasps and harmless to wolf spiders and
ground beetles and moderately harmful to lacewing.
Harmless to bees (B4). Information for protection of the
user: Avoid any unnecessary contact with the substance.
